This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Sperso Filings, a legal and tax consultancy platform (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), and the client (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) for the provision of professional services rendered through our website www.spersofilings.com or offline channels.

By availing any of our services, the Client agrees to the terms and conditions contained herein.

1. Scope of Services

Sperso Filings shall provide professional, legal, and compliance-related services, including but not limited to:

• Business and company registrations

• Government filings and statutory compliance
• Advisory and consultancy services

Specific services will be rendered based on the Client’s selection and submission of required documentation.

2. Service Initiation & Client Obligations

• Services will commence only upon receipt of full payment.
• The Client is responsible for submitting accurate and complete documentation, including KYC, statutory, or business information, as requested.
• Sperso Filings will not be liable for delays or rejections due to incorrect, incomplete, or delayed client submissions.

3. Fees and Payment

• All payments are to be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Fees are exclusive of applicable government charges, taxes, or penalties.
• Payment once made is governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Delivery Timeline

• Service timelines are indicative and subject to variation based on government processing time and client responsiveness.
• Sperso Filings shall make reasonable efforts to complete the service within the communicated timeline but shall not be liable for any delays beyond its control.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared by the Client shall be treated as confidential. Sperso Filings shall not disclose any client data to third parties except:

• Where required for service execution (e.g., filings, compliance)
• Under legal obligation or court orders
• With the Client’s prior written consent

6. Limitation of Liability

• Sperso Filings shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of:
• Delay or rejection of filings by government authorities
• Actions or omissions of the Client
• Errors in documentation submitted by the Client
• Liability of Sperso Filings, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service.

7. Termination

• This Agreement may be terminated by the Client prior to service commencement; however, no refund will be issued once processing has started.
• Sperso Filings may terminate the agreement for non-cooperation, non-payment, or violation of terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert City/State].

9. Amendment
